Created by the Founders of the Orlando International Amateur and Sunshine State Amateur. The Next Tee Invitational is an annual golf tournament hosting elite amateur golfers from the United States of America and abroad. The tournament is played during the end-of-the-year holiday season at the Innisbrook Golf Resort, home to the Island course and the acclaimed Copperhead golf course, host of the PGA Tour’s Valspar Championship. "We are excited about our new event and believe that the experience of our organization, along with the potential of a venue such as Innisbrook Golf Resort, will quickly make the Next Tee Invitational a mainstay in the top ranked world amateur players' calendar. The aim of the Next Tee Invitational is to become a steppingstone for elite players, many of whom in the future will compete as professional golfers."

At Innisbrook Golf Resort, Women will play the Island Golf Course and Men will play the Copperhead golf course, home of the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship. Both golf coursees ranked among the country’s Top 50 Resort Courses by Golf Digest.
